Where We Ship

LuxuryWatchGuy ships via Fedex and UPS to street addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. We also ship internationally to over 20 countries.  Please be advised an additional charge may be requested based on your international location.  For international buyers, customs / import taxes and fees are the buyer's responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam.The Luxury Watch Guy ships Monday through Friday during normal business operating hours.

Shipping And Delivery

Standard shipping is free and generally takes 3-5 business days for processing and handling. Descriptions are noted below with the type of shipping options we offer.

Delivery Insurance

All The Luxury Watch Guy shipments are fully insured and securely packed. Please drop off your double-boxed item to a UPS Customer Center or schedule a UPS driver pick-up when sending items to us. Other locations are not acceptable for drop off. The shipping label our Concierge team provides will specify instructions to comply with insurance regulations.

Sales Tax

The Luxury Watch Guy is obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders shipped to New York State addresses.
